How to apply

Application procedures and required documents:

  1. An application letter to the Chief Executive of Macao Special Administrative Region, in which the name and address of the applying company (if the company is to be established, the identity document of the person who acts and initiates setting up of company should be provided, and specify location where company is to be established), the venue of the relevant business to be operated, classification, type and quantity of automobiles to be operated.
    1. The application letter must be signed by the lawful representative(s) of the applying company according to the signature(s) on the identity document(s). A copy of the representative(s)’ identity document(s) (front and reverse side on the same page) as well as the company chop must be appended to the application.
    2. If the applying company authorises others to make the application on its behalf, the original letter of authorisation with notarised signature(s), or a certified copy of such, must be submitted. Copy of the identity document(s) of the authorised person(s) must be enclosed (front and reverse side on same page).
  2. Original certificate of company registration issued by the Commercial and Movable Property Registry within past three months must be submitted. If a company is to be established, company proposal must be submitted.
  3. Floor plan of business to be operated.
  4. One copy of M/1 business tax form from the Finance Services Bureau (DSF).
  5. Certificates of automobiles’ parking venue.
  6. Original identity document of person submitting documents must be produced.

Please note: Applicants should apply for inspection within 6 months upon notice from MGTO regarding approval of application.
