Prepare contingency plans for tourism crises and to take appropriate measures when tourism crises occur or are expected to occur, including the coordination of other public or private entities to guarantee the safety of Macao SAR residents who are traveling outside Macau and tourists who are in Macao.

Manage and improve the Macao SAR Travel Alert System, as well as issue travel alerts.
