Time required for response to the tourism statistical data enquiry is in accordance to the performance pledge
General Tourism Statistics (In writing): Reply in 3 working days (performance pledge).
General Tourism Statistics (In person or by telephone): Reply in 1 working day (performance pledge).
Special Tourism Statistics (In writing): Reply in 5 working days (performance pledge).
Special Tourism Statistics (In person or by telephone): Reply in 2 working days (performance pledge).

Enquiry on application status: In writing (fax and email), in person, and by telephone enquiries.
Way to obtain application result: In normal circumstances, according to the enquiry method used by the applicant.
