The 58th Macau Grand Prix being around the corner, Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO) and Macau Grand Prix Committee (MGPC) co-organizes a themed roadshow on 8 - 9 October at Ocean Terminal Main Concourse, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui to let Hong Kong residents experience the excitement of the annual event.

Engineer João Manuel Costa Antunes, Director of MGTO and Coordinator of MGPC led the delegations of MGTO and MGPC to officiate the opening ceremony today (8 Oct). They also enjoyed a series of entertainment programmes together with the audience.

Car-racing lover Mr. Chin Ka Lok and Miss Hong Kong Cindy Lee Si Nga were invited to share their experiences in whipping along the racing track and travelling in Macau with the audience. Macau singer Ms. Josefina Santos impressed the audience with her performance of the new theme song of MGTO "Touching Moments Experience Macau". Champion of "The Magic Ring", Mr. Bond Lee livened the show up with his magic performances. The dancing show featuring dancers dressed up as racing girls then marked the climax of the show.

Award-winning F3 racing car, motorbike, rescue and safety car are displayed, along with the roadshow design that resembles the racing track, offer a sense of reality to the visitors. The motor racing simulators and remote-controlled car game enable them to experience the exciting races of the Guia Circuit. Information about the 58th Macau Grand Prix and the promotion activities of MGTO-Representative in Hong Kong are also introduced on-site to increase the awareness and interest of the visitors.
