To ensure that the tourist industry of Macau is providing quality services to the visitors, Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO) will send inspection staff to station at the Macau-HK Ferry Terminal and the Macau International Airport starting from June this year.

The inspection staff will station at the Information Counters of MGTO at the Macau-HK Ferry Terminal everyday from 9 am to 8 pm, and from 9 am to 6 pm at Macau International Airport.

Director of MGTO, Eng. Costa Antunes said that this measure not only would strengthen the supervision over the entities under MGTO, preventing any action that might affect the economic development of Macau, but also provide a quicker supporting service to the visitors. The visitors can approach the inspection staff directly for any complaint of unfair treatment, and the case will be followed up accordingly.
