Macau Foundation and the Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO) jointly organized the "Macau Welcomes You in Summer" Lucky Draw. The sixth weekly lucky draw today (August 12, 2003) gives out the sixth Mercedes Benz. The lucky winner of the first prize comes from Hong Kong.

The sixth weekly lucky draw was held at the head office of MGTO. Member of the Administration Council of Macau Foundation, Ms. Eliza Ho has drawn the first prize. Yeung Chi Moon, the first prize winner, is entitled to a C200K Mercedes Benz.

Acting Director of MGTO, Ms. Helena Senna Fernandes has drawn out the second prize winner Wong Siu Wang, Stephen (Hong Kong), who will receive a 18K Gold Rolex Oyster Perpetual men's watch. Branch Controller of Banco Delta Asia S.A.R.L, Mr Michael Au has drawn out the 3rd prize winner, Li Ting Wan (Hong Kong), who will receive a 1 kg Pure Gold Bar. Other 100 some prizes include 3 tael Gold Nuggets, 1/2 oz Maple Leaf Gold Coins and delicacy gift baskets. The total value of prizes includes MOP$668,000.

"Macau Welcomes You in Summer" Lucky Draw starts from June 28 till August 31. The nine weekly lucky draw is to be held on Tuesdays. Dates of lucky draw will be on July 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th, August 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th and September 2nd. Moreover, the Mega Lucky Draw is scheduled on September 27th, the World Tourism Day.

Prizes for the Mega Lucky Draw include, first prize, Mercedes Benz S350L; second prize, a pair of 18K Gold Rolex Oyster Perpetual watch; third prize, 1kg Pure Gold Bar (3 winners); fourth prize, 15 tael Gold Bars (5 winners); fifth prize, 3 tael Gold Nuggets (10 winners); 100 consolation prizes of 1/2 oz Maple Leaf Gold Coin. The total value of all the prizes is MOP$1,988,000.
