Eng. Costa Antunes expresses his gratitude towards the support of the participants throughout the year. "We all experienced a hard time during SARS. However, our visitors have returned at a pleasing pace with the help of various visitor-driven promotions," said Eng. Costa Antunes.

MGTO will continue to develop Macau as tourism and gaming, as well as an international MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) destination, and work closely with Guangdong province and Hong Kong to promote the regional tourism of Pearl River Delta.

Macau SAR has the pride to submit application for the World Heritage Listing of UNESCO in 2005. Hence MGTO will spare no effort to enhance the unique culture and heritage tourism of Macau. Added to the above, MGTO is prepared to promote series of mega events namely PATA Annual Conference 2005 and 4th East Asia Games in 2005.

MGTO is also committed to providing visitors with quality service and seeks for collaborative efforts with travel trade and media in market situation update and feedback.
