Under the promotional theme "Touching Moments Experience Macau", the road show is designed after Rua do Cunha in Macau to showcase the city's Portuguese aroma and take visitors onto a journey to a festive Macau carnival for an exciting preview of the upcoming events and festivals.

There are six distinctive zones featuring "Step Out, Experience Macau's Community" travel routes, "Macau Forever New Experience" campaign, 3D Macau Grand Prix zone, LEGO® exhibition, Macau SAR's 15th Anniversary exhibition and so on. Award-winning F3 racing cars are on display with a Grand Prix simulator which lets visitors experience the excitement of car racing and get ready for the 61st Macau Grand Prix coming up in November.

MGTO Director Maria Helena de Senna Fernandes and Deputy Director Cecilia Tse together with Coordinator of Macau Grand Prix Committee João Manuel Costa Antunes, Deputy Coordinator Davina Chu and the committee members attended the opening ceremony to kick off the "Experience Macau Carnival" road show today (18 Oct).

The opening ceremony featured a series of performances including the "Icons‧Macau" show, the "Vibrant Macau" painting demonstration, a short play starring Hong Kong celebrities Owen Cheung and Harriet Yeung, singing performances by the band "Super Girls" and singer Alan Tse as well as a kids' catwalk show to bring on a joyful atmosphere for the audience in celebration of Macau SAR's 15th Anniversary.

MGTO cooperates with three travel agencies in Hong Kong to offer a set quantity of special travel packages to Macau during the road show, encouraging Hong Kong citizens to visit and experience the fascinating destination.
