The Macao Special Administrative Region, through the Macao Government Tourism Office, hereby announces that in accordance with the approval of the Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture dated 19 of March of 2018, a written consultation is held for the "Provision of Management Services for the Tourism Information Counters of the Macao Government Tourism Office of the Macao Special Administrative Region in Hong Kong for the year 2019 and 2020".

From the date of publication of this notice to 17:45 of 3rd of May of 2018, interested parties engaged in marketing activities or human resources planning and management may consult the Public Notices on the website of the Macau Tourist Industry of Macao Government Tourism Office (http://industry.macaotourism.gov.mo) and download the Written Consultation Process.

The total price of the services referred to in this consultation has a maximum limit of MOP6,800,000.00 (six million and eight hundred thousand Patacas) or HKD6,589,147.29 (six million, five hundred and eighty-nine thousand, one hundred and forty-seven Hong Kong dollars and twenty-nine cents).

Tenders must be drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the said Consultation Process and submitted by the tenders to Macao Government Tourism Office of the Macao Special Administrative Region, located at Alameda Dr. Carlos d'Assumpção, nos. 335-341, "Hotline" Building, 12th floor, Macau, within normal working hours (in the morning of Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 13:00; in the afternoon of Monday to Thursday: 14:30 to 17:45, Friday: 14:30 to 17:30), the submission period is until 17:45 of 3rd of May of 2018, otherwise they will not be admitted.

If the proposal is sent by mail, the date of receipt prevails and the tender will be solely responsible for the delays that may occur, the tender cannot present any claim in the event that the proposal received by MGTO occurs after the expiration of the respective term.
