The Macao Government Tourism Office hereby announces an invitation to tender for the Production of Promotional Videos and TV Commercial for "Macao designated as UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy", in accordance with the approval of the Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture dated 12^th March, 2018.

From the date of publication of the present notice, interested parties may visit the Macao Government Tourism Office Reception Counter, located in Alameda Dr. Carlos d' Assumpção, no. 335-341, "Hotline" Building, 12^th floor, Macao, to view the Tender Process within  normal working hours, and pay MOP 200.00 (two hundred patacas) to obtain the copies, including Terms of Tender, General Conditions of the Bid and other relevant enclosures; or visit the Macao Tourism Industry Net website - http://industry.macaotourism.gov.mo to download.

The maximum price limit for the service is MOP 2,000,000.00 (two million patacas).

For any further enquiries, please visit the Macao Tourism Industry Net website (http://industry.macaotourism.gov.mo) to submit enquiries before 2^nd April, 2018, all replies will be posted on the same website.

Tenderer must submit the tender within normal working hours by 13:00 on 23^rd April, 2018, to Macao Government Tourism Office, located in Alameda Dr. Carlos d'Assumpção, no. 335-341, "Hotline" Building, 12^th floor, Macao, the tenders should be written in one of the official languages of Macao SAR or in English.

The provisional guarantee fee of MOP40,000.00 (forty thousand patacas), to be paid by 1) Cash, cashier order or cheque deposit directly to Macao Government Tourism Office, cashier order or cheque should be made payable to "Fundo de Turismo" as the payee; or 2) Cash deposit to the account of "Fundo de Turismo", account no. 8003911119 of Banco Nacional Ultramarino of Macau and with designation of the reason for the deposit; or 3) Bank guarantee; or 4) Wired Transfer to the account of "Fundo de Turismo" in Banco Nacional Ultramarino of Macau.

The tender opening session will be held in the Auditorium of the Macao Government Tourism Office, located at Alameda Dr. Carlos d'Assumpção, no. 335-341, "Hotline" Building, 14^th floor in Macao, at 10:00, on 24^th April, 2018.

According to the article no. 27 of Decree-Law no. 63/85/M, of 6^th July, the tenderer or the legal representatives of the tenderer should be present during the tender opening session for any complaints and/or to explain any doubts regarding their respective tender.

The legal representative of the tenderer may appoint, by a notary certified power of attorney, an authorized representative to attend the public action of the Opening of the Tenders on their behalf.

In case of closure of the services of Macao Government Tourism Office due to typhoon or force majeure, the deadline for submission, the opening of tender will be postponed until the first working day that follows immediately.
